  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half horizontally for 4 steaks)

  • Seasonings: Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, onion powder, thyme

  • Flour: Âź cup for dusting

  • Butter & Olive Oil: For frying and sauce base

  • Sauce: Garlic, chicken stock, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, parmesan

  • To Serve: Mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, steamed greens, parsley, lemon wedges

Directions

  • Prepare Chicken:
    Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner pieces (this will help them cook faster and more evenly).
    Season both sides with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, onion powder, and thyme.
  • Cook Chicken:
    Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
