Sauce: Garlic, chicken stock, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, parmesan
To Serve: Mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, steamed greens, parsley, lemon wedges
Directions
- Prepare Chicken:
Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner pieces (this will help them cook faster and more evenly).
Season both sides with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, onion powder, and thyme. - Cook Chicken:
